We offer international shipping with available tracking capability through USPS First Class Mail International with a shipping time typically between 10-15 business days.
*Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price www.gardensandseeds.com customers are responsible for customs tax and duty charges, by your country's customs department upon arrival.
*Customers are responsible for verifying the correct shipping address to any order. Any orders shipped back to Gardens & Seeds as an RTS (Return To Sender) for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
*Customers are responsible for re-shipment fees for incorrect shipping addresses. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to gardens & seeds for any authorized exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to CA, CO, GA, HI, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OK, PN, WA. The rate applied to these state may be subject to local tax. Sales tax is not charged on shipping orders to addresses outside the states listed.
Payment of duties & taxes for International orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
Please note that ALL ORDERS INCLUDING PRE-ORDERS WILL NOT BE COMPLETED UNLESS YOU COMPLETE YOUR TRANSACTION. After you place your order through www.gardensandseeds.com, you will be asked to sign in to your PayPal account. Please complete your payment from your PayPal account and your order will be confirmed.
If your order has not been completed, we will send you an invoice to your email address within 24 hours of the placing of you order.
How to Order
[PRE-ORDERS]
To place pre-order items, simply follow the same process as other normal orders and you will be charged for the full amount when the order is placed. We will notify you by email when we receive the merchandise and are ready to ship your order.
Items for pre-orders have an estimated shipping date provided by the manufacturers. However, we cannot control the dates that are given to us, and also are unable to guarantee shipping dates. In-stock items ordered along with preordered items will be shipped out altogther.
Delivery Time & Date
We make every effort to ship items within 1-10 business days after purchase. We do not process orders on weekends & holidays.
Risk of Loss & Damage
All purchases through the Services are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon Gardens & Seeds’s delivery of such items to the shipping carrier. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Exchanges/Returns
We are not able to accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES. We have provided detailed measurements of each product to help you make the best sizing choice.**ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE**

All exchanges must be authorized by Gardens & Seeds.
** AUTHORIZED EXCHANGES MUST BE SHIPPED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF ORIGINAL SHIP DATE AND RETURNED WITH TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURED MAIL** Customer must also pay to re-ship an order after the exchange is made.
The original merchandise must be with all original tags attached, in any original packing, unworn and unwashed. Footwear exchanges must be in brand new condition, unworn in the original box without any postal labels. Any damages on returned items may result a fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Be sure to ship with a reputable carrier and always obtain a tracking number to avoid any loss or theft issues. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen items and these may result in a fee.
International Customers
Due to the high cost of shipping, we do not provide any returns or exchanges on international orders.
About Vintage
Please pay close attention to the measurements and conditions given for each garment, as we do not give refunds for vintage items. Estimated sizes are meant only as a guideline, and a refund will only be given in the event that your item arrives in a condition different than our representation. We inspect every item before we ship.
We recommend that our customers wash or dry clean all items before wearing them.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address to their order. Customers are responsible for the cost of re-shipment of “returned to sender” packages.
